Attention International Customers: Before selecting and ordering your book, click the above Add to Cart button to add the required additional packing, shipping, customs, additional paper work, and the extra handling charges to insure prompt and proper fulfilling of your international order when shipping to an international customer and address. This additional charge, USD 20.00 per book ordered, is in addition to the normal, standard shipping and handling charge for domestic USA orders and will appear as a separate line item in your order. The book is large 8 1/2" x 11" dimension size book and though it only contains about 76 pages, the labor costs involved to ship internationaly are much more than domestic U.S. shipping. International book shipping cost is not small. This additional charge per book is necessary to cover the higher packing, shipping, handling, documents, customs, funds transfer work and fees, extra time, and other extra costs to us for processing international orders. To view this charge, click on the View Cart button at any time after adding this special charge amount to your Shopping Cart. You will also be able to see and view your cart contents details and the exact amounts of all charges as separate listed line items at Check Out using the View Cart Contents option at Check Out. All charges, and/or the entire order, are fully cancelable at any time during the order entry check out process if you change your mind. Important: After adding this additional charge to your cart, adjust the quantity in your cart for this additional international shipping and handling charge to equal the number of dictionaries you are ordering. The international additional shipping and handling charge is USD 20.00 per book in addition to the normal domestic USA, per order, shipping and handling charge.
